Curious to see how their signature dish would hold up, I gave the biryani from Biryaniwala a try, expecting it to be their specialty.

The spices were well-balanced, and the chicken was cooked to perfection — tender and flavorful.

The biryani didn’t quite match the menu photo. The egg was missing, and while there were three chicken pieces, there was no shredded chicken layered through the rice.
