Our soups are all made in-house using our mother’s and grandmother’s recipes. The french onion soup recipe comes from the alsace / black forest area. Our mushroom barley soup and matzo ball soup recipes comes from brooklyn. The dressing for our caesar salad is also from a family recipe that we are very proud of.
Our Waffles are made to order and served hot but cool down rather quickly (No Sides).
Our New York Knish are made by hand in small batches.
Our Pizzas are each made to order from scratch and topped with the fi nest ingredients, that takes a little time.
We make our traditional deli salads in-house using our family recipes. We use only premium naturally fermented sauerkraut, made locally by krugermann’s.
We make all of our desserts ourselves (except the black and white cookie, made on fairfax), with family recipes. Whole cakes are available.
