We like BJ's Brewhouse but the quality over the lat year has dropped drastically. First the Brewhouse Sampler came with out the pretzel and the cheese was curdled. That along with the fact that there were about 8 chips is wrong when you pay 17.95 for this. Second both the dishes with tri-tip were over and tough. I ordered medium ( option was medium , medium well and well ). What I got was well or past well very tough. The other order of BJ'Brewhouse Bowl With TriTip wax also overcooked and tough. If this was the first time I ever had to-tip I would never order it again but it's not .  I know how good it should  be. Last the BJ's Kickin' Chicken Sandwich wax awesome.

Both the Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Pizookie® were completely burnt and non edible. The Strawberr Shortcake Pizookie® did not come with any strawberries or whip cream. Only ordered dessert and was extremely disappointed. Spent over $40 on order just for cookies.

The pizza was burnt on the edges and there was very, very little cheese. The spinach and artichoke dip had a very tart aftertaste. Also, the mini pazookies didn't come with the toppings, except one. And that one, the strawberry shortcake, was poorly packaged. The cup of strawberry topping spilled completely inside the bag to the point there was no sauce at all left to top the cookie. Very disappointing, especially considering how expensive the order was!

Certain these are great but others are a big ripoff. The Caesar salad with fees was nearly $30 and what you get is the equivalent of a four dollar grocery store bag salad. Brussels sprouts are always great though
