BK still has it! They've been around since I was a kid and it still has the same quality and taste as always! Great price for a great portion!

I've been a customer of BK subs for over 20 years. I've always really enjoyed eating at this "sub" establishment. Today I ordered 6 inch double meat, turkey sub, which was delivered by DoorDash. The sandwich I received was not what I ordered. When I received the delivery it was not only bad tasting, but it was also not what I ordered seeing that it was not double turkey. Tried to call this facility and did speak with the owner who was not only extremely rude, but was very belligerent. I was not calling to get money back or to get a free sandwich. As I was trying to explain the concerns I had, Not only did he talk over me, yell at me and insult me but he also accused me of not telling the truth, and that all I wanted was a free meal. I tried to explain to him that this was not why I called and that I just wanted to let him know that the quality of the sandwich seemed not up to par but he continue to talk over me. Needless to say, I'm extremely disappointed in this man's professionalism and his representation of what used to be a good place (again this was the OWNER)! He alone has now ruined that entire experience and the quality I should say was very poor today. I hope anyone that reads this will take an account that this may happen to you especially if you order by any delivery service. As I've read before from others who left reviews, he takes no pride in good customer care! As he has exclaimed to others "you should take it up with DoorDash"! I myself will never eat here again. I hope that anyone who reads this also read about this owner's behavior. The food you receive is just not like it used to be. My opinion this place has gone way downhill.

we are usually happy with our orders but on the 2nd of June it was pretty bad the macaroni had a funny taste like spoiled so we tossed it and the potato most of all the sandwich was terrible ordered roast beef sub on wheat roll but the roll was a dark browm almost black not fresh at all some of the roll was hard and some was soggy we ended up tossing most of it like i said most of the time everything ok maybe sandwich maker was having a bad door we will most likely order from here again but not to soon
