Disappointed that for nearly 6 dollars after tax you only get about 4 ounces of coffee when you take the ice out of the mocha. There's no option to choose "light ice." The omelette was good, but definitely not worth what I paid for it.

I visited this place on a Wednesday morning. There was a wait of 20 minutes. The server brought the drinks to the table and then forgot about us. I got up and flagged the server to let him know we were ready to order our food. The food arrives and The Reuben Sandwich was to spicy. The eggs on the Build your own breakfast were over raw and I asked for over medium. I will not return to Black Bear diner.

Forgot the grits, ham was BURNT on one side, and cold, no butter, syrup, salt pepper they threw in one plastic wear and a few pack of ketchup. Call the store spoke with jay he said they were out of butter and running out of syrup so they were not putting them with Togo orders. Me and my family are staying in mcallen for work 6 hours from home so we dont have home condiments, super inconvenient especially when speaking 44 bucks for cold food.
