The Bagel was not Toasted. Since this store doesn't allow detailed special instructions, I assumed that my Bagel would be Toasted. I've ordered this sandwich from other restaurants and they all toasted the Bagel. Also, I can't even taste the Capers. I'm very disappointed.

Chicken pesto was okay, kinda bland and dont think it was worth $17. Thai Ice Tea on the other hand was great, 10/10!

Ordered a chicken pesto panini sandwich. Very awkward to eat. Tried taking a bite of the sandwich and everything slides out. Noticed the bread's crust was flipped around. Reason why the chicken slid out! Others at our office had the same issue with their sandwiches.
