Owner Kevin Quick just brought the UC pizza game to its knees! Ange answered the phone & helped picky me get the perfect pie. Flavor palate was spot on: Started order of Large Pie with the pesto as sauce option (roasted pumpkin seeds!? Ooh!) topped with the black garlik, cremini mushrooms, and fresh tomato confit. And yes, had to call bc I needed to know more about that garlik. YOU TOO NEED THAT GARLIK. Somehow the exact right amount of oil is left on your plate for dipping that perfect cold-fermented crust that nobody else is convincing me with. I called that one last cleanup bite my breakfast because that pistachio cake slice I ordered? It was lonnnng gone. And same as the pie, every texture & flavor was beyond satiating. There is no other pizza joint in Kingston now. I can't wait to bring friends to sit & enjoy something really special in the near future. But yeah, DDash, do it.

If you miss Pie for the People, now is your time to shine. Food hasn't missed a beat! (10) Garlic Knots with Garlic Butter & Parmesan & Side of Sauce (Tomato) were fantastic and the The Ziggy Stardust is as flavorful and delicious as ever. So happy to see em back!!

I ordered the Stromboli and I was super excited for the unique toppings. Unfortunately once I started eating the dough was raw inside. The bit I got to eat was delicious, but raw dough is a no go for me.
