It's always a treat to order Black Pepper Pho. I love the Steak Pho / Pho Tai , with extra meat, and their new Fried Crab Cheese Wontons are an amazing addition to the menu. They've been my go-to Pho in Boulder for years now.

Unfortunately the food was pretty tasteless and not what I come to expect for good Vietnamese food. The pho broth (both Vegetarian Pho / Pho Chay and Chicken Pho / Pho Ga) had no flavor (also came with 1 tiny container each of hoisen and sriracha to stretch across two orders of pho). The peanut sauce for the Spring Rolls Grilled Chicken and Spring Rolls - Fried Tofu was runny and also lacked flavor. Overall, not a place I would go to again when there are better options.
