Since I ordered with whipped cream the actual amount of coffee i got went down several ounces. I realize they leave room in the cup for the whipped cream which melts while its being delivered however, other coffee shops remedy this by giving a bigger cup to allow for the same amount of coffee. I pay 9.00 for 16 ounces and have let this go but I expect get a full 16 ounces of coffee. The whipped cream is mainly air which adds nothing to the weight. I would like to see my cup of 9.00 coffee at least full to the top. I guess i can just not get whipped cream but why can't they resolve this very simple issue?

Iced IV is a little bitter. I bet adding salt sprinkles would help with that and make it a salted caramel. yum. but still good and will help me get thru a sleepy day.
