Every single day I order coffee from here. Every single day it is leaking out of the bag all over myself, my porch, my floors. I take off the lids and completely wipe down the lids and cups every single time and still, they keep leaking like the lids don't completely seal the cup closed, the MOMENT you shake your ice in the cup, the cup is leaking everywhere! My person, my floors, my table, my counters, my car, my clothes CONSTANTLY covered in coffee. COFFEE STAINS! I pay $12 per drink and half the time they don't even come with straws, but don't have lids like Starbucks that you can drink out of so I always have to make sure I have my own straws. Usually my coffees are good, but sometimes they taste super bitter or like today my coffee tastes like cereal milk and I get an extra shot. Is there even espresso in this today?! I started ordering from here instead of Starbucks because my drinks taste more consistent with Black Rock, but I'm pretty over it. Now they're becoming more inconsistent AND I'm constantly having to clean up a mess. FIX YOUR CUPS/LIDS IMMEDIATELY PLEASE!

Ordered a Blended Caramel Blondie and it came unblended with a few ice cubes. Horrible! Usually they are really good, but not this time

Did not even look like the picture and was absolutely horrible tasting, so much cinnamon in there as well.

Didn't have the Bacon Burrito waited to ask the dasher if I'd like to switch, couldn't be bothered to include a straw for my drink.

The lid was not covered which makes it really questionable if the coffee is safe to drink
