Makes Starbucks taste like 2nd place. Beans are less bitter. Toast sees to be more bold and earthy than strong and bitter. BR is my coffee spot. It's just better.

I keep asking for room for cream and they keep filling the cup to the top. I ordered an Americano and Cold Brew. Which is which? Not labeled. For the price they should be able to add a minor detail like labeling identical looking drinks.

The bagel wasn't toasted and there was about a teaspoon of cream cheese on it, and the drink was not made correctly again. The orange juice was left out AGAIN Need to work on quality control.

Listen man I always DoorDash fuels while I'm at work. They're normally on point with everything but I just dashed with the specifics on "Light Ice" and got Extra ice instead took me like two seconds to finish the drink. Taste was amazing as always and door dasher was quick so it was still fresh. But the Extra ice made it like I was ordering a medium instead of an extra large not the same amount of drink. Very disappointed was looking forward to my entire drink don't think I got my moneys worth.

Always great. The coffee is better here than Starbucks. IMO. No bitterness and tastes great. Yes better than Dutch as well.
