We absolutely love Black Rock, the coffee is always so smooth and velvety, and the chillers are the height of my day. I've never had a bad item on the menu and the staff are always so friendly and helpful.
That being said, the burritos are a bit small for $8 I feel like $5 would be way more reasonable or if they were at least 20% larger, I understand money and inflation and "___________? In this economy?" but common, meet me halfway here 😜.
My minor issue with the burritos aside, it certainly doesn't cost you any points because the coffee and amazing customer service more than makes up for it.

Ordered iced coffee via DoorDash from Black Rock in Tempe. It arrived fine, but no bag was used and nothing sealed the cup/lid beyond the straw hole tape. For better security and safety on deliveries, it’d be great if drinks were placed in a carry-out bag and the bag was taped or stapled shut moving forward. Simple fix that adds peace of mind—thanks!

Black rock had a simple one hot latte door dash order , where it took so long the first door dasher had to cancel and it still took forever with second door dasher because of black rock , not sure if your under staffed ... but it took over 30 minutes to make one hot drink

We didn’t receive the donut holes and received instead a different drink. Americano was flavorful though.
