The Little Piggy is of the best sandwiches in Denver, if not #1. The Side of House Pickles were also delicious, very tangy.

Best sandwich in town. I was skeptical based on pricing but well worth it. The meat is perfection, not grocery store garbage at all. Pull apart slices that feel and taste like real, well prepared and seasoned meat. The bread is as close to perfect as I've seen in Colorado. Subtle exterior crunch and super soft on the inside, making it a perfectly sturdy vessel without feeling like a soggy roll or a mouth injuring rock to chew. Well balanced flavors made it fun to slow down and savor the meal. Definitely not a sandwich to just scarf down. Tomato soup was a fun side compliment... and great to dip the last bits of sandwich in.
pickles were ok, the pickled peppers on the sandwich seemed better executed in my opinion (very flavorful, not at all spicy for those worried about that).

I'm surprised this place hasn't been reviewed yet, so I figured I'd drop one.
This is my new favorite sandwich shop, I love the crunchy bread on the Little Piggy and the flavor range hits just right. All the ingredients are high quality.
I keep coming back, only dissappointed they're not open past 4 but maybe thats the price of quality. I highly recommend trying this if you haven't!!

best ciabatta sandwich! fresh and great portion. would like a bit more of the herbs in the seasoning but i would order again.
