Wow! If you're a fan of BBQ check Blackhawk BBQ Pit out. The meat sweats are worth it! Huge portions, amazingly tender and flavorful meats plus the sides and cornbread?! I'm beyond stuffed with leftovers. I will definitely be back.

My heart broke when there was absolutely no smoke flavor on any of the three meats. They may as well have been cooked in an oven, which is very disappointing. The beans seemed like slightly altered pork and beans with bbq sauce. Everything was lightly seasoned. The portions were a good size to be filling and a little left over. All of it was edible, but none of it was great. It was worth a try, but I do not plan on returning and I certainly wouldn't call it real BBQ.

We both had a 2 Combo Plate - 2 meat (pulled pork + brisket) Portions seemed very generous and fresh. Pulled pork had a nice crust adding flavor, and the brisket was a sizable portion! Coleslaw was bomb, vinegar taste instead of a sweet taste and it complimented their flavor profile really well. Corn bread is good, has a sweet flavor. Smoked Mac & Cheese and the cheesy potatoes were both peppery, our family was split on these. The baked beans were very flavorful and good.

Combo Plate - 3 meat (pulled pork + brisket + sausage) highly recommended! best BBQ I've had in years, their cheesy potatoes were so delicious as well as the BBQ beans. I cannot find anything negative to say about this place.

the food is great. if y'all could add an option to request or buy extra bbq sauce this would be stellar. the sandwiches get real dry real fast. other than that, amazing.
