The fries were okay, not exactly fresh, but still fine. The burgers were the bigger issue, with patties that were burnt enough to take over the whole flavor. On top of that, we didn’t get any straws for the drinks, which was frustrating. Hoping it was just an off day, because the place seems like it could do better, but today’s meal definitely fell short.

Maybe I caught them on a bad Thursday night . Ordered a shake (the famous strawberry cheesecake) and onion rings along with a cheeseburger around 8pm, and only the burger arrived. The dasher told me that they had shut down the machines to make the shake and rings, so I had to get a refund from DD, which is always fun. I also ordered extra pickles and that was missing, the bun was stale, and the meat was burnt. Overall, very hard to recommend based on my experience. Disappointing considering the overall reviews.
