I had a margherita pizza from Roosters and thought I would try to recreate it with a custom order at Blaze. IT. IS. BETTER. THAN. ROOSTERS. I always order a custom pizza with red sauce, mozarella, chicken, tomatoes, basil, olive oil drizzle and basaltic glaze drizzle. 10/10! Seriously the best thing since sliced bread. 73 year old lady and 32 year old pizza goblin approved!

Food is always good and tastes fresh! Their pizza bread and bread sticks are always fluffy and soft! The gluten free dough though has a crunch to it!

One pepperoni and 1 mushroom per slice. Super stingy. I basically paid extra for a cheese pizza

Unique thin crust pizza. I loved the spicy red sauce and the ingredients were fresh and delicious.

Tried the white sauce and it was difficult to tell there was any sauce on it. Lots of charcol on the bottom of the crust too. But the peperoni pizza was great!
