The fish was fried to perfection I love that they put the bread under it so it absorbs the oil. The yams and the collard greens amazing!!

Did not like the grilled salmon it was way too over cooked which dried it out and it was salty. Mac and cheese was old as if the scraps from around the side of the pan after sitting for hours. The yams were of and the wings were fried nice and had good flavor just that they do not say wing dings so just know you're not getting whole wings. Also the rice that comes with the salmon.....keep that it smelled a like it was sour or something. Not impressed

I wasn't a big fan of the macaroni salad...buy farm raised chicken instead of kennel bred.
