Ordered flowers with a Valentine’s balloon but received a cheaper, incorrect Galentine’s balloon. The dasher said the store had it ready, so not only did I receive the wrong item on a special day, but I was also charged more and given a lower‑value item.

I just ordered Bloom Haus™ 18 Plus Rose Bouquet - Light Pink for $75 to be delivered to my daughter for Valentines Day. The DoorDasher did a great job and delivered them very quickly. However, what was delivered doesn't look anything like the picture of what I thought I was ordering. So not okay!! Especially for $75, not including taxes, fees and a tip. I will never use this place again nor recommend it to anyone!! So disappointing and frustrating!! One unhappy and mad Mom in Utah!!!
