I ordered the Bloom Haus™ 12 Plus Rose Bouquet - Yellow with yellow roses and it came as described. My mother was very happy.

I understood that what was delivered would not look exactly like what was shown. I also understand that it's mother's day and maybe the selection may not not be that great. I'm even fairly tolerant to effects of inflation. But $50 for what looks to be 4-5 roses and some filler? This is pathetic. I'm terribly disappointed and will never consider this as a viable alternative to other, more reputable flower delivery services.
If you are on the fence with this shop- look elsewhere or don't shop here at all.

Flower quality was really awful, flowers looked half dead and from a grocery store. Also not like picture. Strawberries looked bad also, like a child made them, poor quality fruit.

The flowers were not nearly as pink as in the photo. Severely disappointed because my girlfriend loves pink and the roses were light pale pink at most. :-(

Every time I order a bouquet from here it never looks like the picture. It's about 2 times smaller & most of the roses are already wilted. This is unacceptable. I thought maybe they were just having an off day the last time i ordered but they will not send you the bouquet from the pictures. It seems like they take advantage of the fact that someone else is picking up for you because they just send anything & expect you to be satisfied. Not worth the $45 at all.
