The flowers themselves are beautiful and arrived looking fresh. However, I was disappointed with the presentation. It doesn’t appear that much time or care went into actually arranging the flowers in the vase, and the overall result feels a bit unfinished. Since these were sent as a birthday gift, I expected a more polished, thoughtfully arranged presentation. Beautiful flowers, but disappointing execution overall.

Nothing like the picture really, I appreciate the connivence of delivery but I should have hand picked something. I feel I got a $20 rose bouquet for $55, and thats with a discount.

The balloon was not a floral pattern like I ordered but the Bloom Haus™ Lush Bouquet - A seems nice
