Ordered 3 different flavors of wings totalling $55 at 4:30PM on a Friday & the quality was incredibly bad, almost like the wings were fried & sat for a long time before being sauced. They were dry, had an off putting texture & mushy taste that made some of them inedible. I ordered from Blu 42 a few weeks ago on a Friday at a similar timeframe & the wings were great. Really unfortunate to have an inconsistent experience.

Today, and the last time I got from them, wings are severely overcooked. It's like trying to eat a piece of jerky that's glued to the bone. You can taste the overcooked burnt flavor too. Did not finish them again. Figured I would give them another shot tonight. They used to cook them normal.

Just based off the hype alone, I was expecting way better. Portion sizes were good but just the taste was mediocre and almost forced. Freshness was there for sure just nothing really travels well for delivery. Would not order again. Cheeseburger eggrolls were good, but that was about it and I ordered about 20 items
