Blue Agave has the most affordable and delicious Mexican food in town. I sometimes fear that everyone else will figure it out and start making my favorite restaurant slam packed. The tacos are incredible. Their Tacos de Carnitas / Pork Tacos have never failed me. Also they sell Mr. Pibb so automatically a win.

large cheese cup is half the size of anywhere else in town and cost the same. Chips were extremely stale.

This will be my second time, ordering, aside from all the times I have entered the building, and sat down to eat! This is by far my favorite in this town, and by far, one of my favorites in the region, and itself in the state. You really gotta give it up to those who do the Work behind the scenes in the kitchen and the cook line. Everything is always fresh taste. Great always left full and wanting more. The churros were a delightful finished in the end, especially to wash it down with the horchata.

This location is the real deal for AUTHENTIC MEXICAN.
Flavor all across the board with options and additionals.
Still feeling full after just my 3 tacos. And still has more food to eat per my order.
