sooo good!! a little tangy from a citrus seasoning and the jalapeño subtle but added a nice crunch. rice was perfectly fried !! 10/10

The vegan sushi tastes nearly identical to non vegan sushi! So refreshing and flavorful, proper portions, not too much of the sauces and all that. I wish they had vegan cream cheese for vegan Philly roll lol but I will definitely be ordering again.

The Popcorn Shrimp was tasty. The Sushi Tower was quite large. There was a tanginess to it that I was too fond of. The Edamame had a smoky taste that was delicious.

Bluebird is me and my husband's favorite sushi spot in LB. It's really satisfying and yummy and fish feels fresh and their roles are so good. I also love the BlueBird Poke Bowl. they are not cheap on the portions.

I ordered a vegan roll before a camping trip (last little treat) and all my classmates couldn't believe it was actually vegan! It tastes great and Blue bird is my go to for sushi. Thank you for having an option for us <3
