If you order two completely different drinks, don't be surprised if they just make one of them twice. This happens OFTEN. Like, 1 in 5 orders.

• 5/20/24Been in the coffee industry years and BB drinker longer, it only takes a single sip to know I was sent an americano and not the Pour Over that I ordered. Everything Pull-Apart Croissant was also very dry, taste a day old or so. Poor execution by the team today.
