this place always gets my order right and it's delicious every time!!  although I am sad that they raised the prices of their quesadillas...I still gladly pay the $7 because it's worth it. a TON of chicken and cheese inside

Definitely recommend trying the Spicy Burrito, wife had the Chicken Chipotle Tacos & both orders were 🔥. Have a nice spicy kick to them, they don't hold back like some Mexican places do, unsure if this is really a Mexican joint or what. But we will def be getting it again in the near future! They give plenty of Chips and Salsa  & the salsa may be too spicy for some but hey it's Mexican, Mexican is supposed to be spicy!! 😉. The only thing I'd be happy bout is if theyd give more guacamole Classic Guacamole on take out, very small order of it but it's absolutely delicious

The Grilled Chicken Bowl is always a delicious meal!  Chicken grilled to perfection and just the right amount  of rice, black beans, crunchy corn, guacamole, shredded cheese, pico, and sour cream.  It couldnt be tastier!

Food was delicious as always but portions were skimpy.  Ordered our usual and the chilaquiles only had 3 strips of beef and less of everything else.  birria-tacos came with 2 instead of the usual 3 but they charged the same price as before for both dishes. Did not get tortilla chips and salsa either.  Very disappointed.

I never thought I'd be leaving a review like this because I have ALWAYS loved blue cactus, BUT they have definitely gone a bit downhill from when they started. The birria-tacos were flavorless aside from the verde sauce that comes with it, the juice that comes with it also was bland and no flavor. I resorted to dipping it into the chipotle sauce that came with the bacon wrapped shrimp (which were DELICOUS) to finish it. The arroz con pollo (kids size) wasn't too bad my kids enjoyed it but the cheese quesadilla we ordered didn't have as much cheese as it used to which made it less satisfying to eat. The melting chimichanga also was good loaded with cheese and tasted nice.
