The Waffle Sundae was delicious. And the Brisket was so tender and so flavorful. Definitely going to be one of the top 5 places to order from now. Pork Burnt Ends were so good. they are smothered in a BBQ sauce that is to die for. Jalapeno & Pineapple Sausage was the perfect spicy sweetness.

The Special Ops Sandwich was delicious! We got them as a platter & it was super filling & seasoned. The Brisket Twisters were BOMB! My issue was with the packaging. One platter was left off & when I called to inform them to fix the situation, an employee rudely basically said I was lying that something was missing when she misread the ticket in the first place.

I had Brisket,potato salad and Mac Mac & Cheese . The brisket was excellent and I ordered lean due to an aversion to fat. the potato salad and Mac and Cheese were plentiful but both were dry.I will order again as the brisket was terrific but I'll skip the sideorders.

Had issue with pickup order that I requested to be gluten-free. They put bread on it, but the checkout girl caught it and had them fix it. Only complaint was I ordered a pound of moist Brisket and the replacement box only had 4 slices and 1 was just a small slice of fat. Potato Salad and Ribs were excellent as always.

Chicken quarter wasn't whole. Gave us a chicken leg and breast. It was very dry and not fresh at all. Pulled chicken was dry and in large chunks. Both baked potatoes weren't cooked soft, the plastic ware they gave broke and bent trying to fluff the Baked Potato which didn't fluff. My kid just held it like a sandwich and ate it. Beans, potato salad and twisters were good. We eat at Blue Ember in Texarkana often so we expected this one to be the same. I paid over $80.
