First time trying this place last minute on a late night and I was pleasantly surprised! The steak was so juicy, flavorful, and they weren't stingy with it as you can see! The tacos were full of meat and they even followed instructions when I requested extra salsa. It already comes with one green salsa and a red salsa with chips so I was very satisfied! I highly recommend

Always love their food! Deliciously authentic Mexican Food! Carne Asada, Empanadas (Chicken or Beef)Mexican Rice and Tacos was soooooo good! Nachos were very good. They came topped with chicken and melted cheese, all the other toppings were kept fresh in a separate container. A bag of crisp chips with salsa was a welcome extra. Not bad, not bad at all — I'll be back for more.

I only managed to get a picture of the Carne Asada / Grilled Steak taco. Steak was perfectly cooked and very flavorful , there was a little too much cilantro put on the taco but other than that it was good. Shrimp One Quesadilla was also good and the perfect size. The shrimp were perfectly cooked and I love that the wasn't greasy.

Try them ! One Chile Relleno is a whole meal & delicious ! The best authentic Mexican food I've found in this state. Since moving from Colorado, I've been searching for good Chile Rellenos & I havent found any that hold a candle to the ones at a little family restaurant in Pueblo. Until now !!! Their poblano peppers are the biggest ones I've ever seen. The refried beans are incredible, as well ! Ive ordered from Blue Iguana 3 times in 5-6 weeks, I'm obsessed.
