I live very far away so I expected most items to be cold by the time it got to me, but the sandwiches were still hot and HUGE!! Super fresh ingredients. The tape was even pretty easy to peel off of my coffee. 10/10 would recommend.

Ordered three times. First order was a delicious thriller sandwich on a real Italian roll. Second order was a thriller sandwich on a grocery store bought roll that was about a third smaller and a whole lot less tasty. The third time was a meatball sandwich on a real Italian roll and it was another great sandwich. I'm guessing they ran out of rolls for my second order but that's just a guess. If they are going to substitute a lesser item they should inform you. Maybe if the sandwich had been half price but even then the bread can make or break a sandwich and I would rather pay full price for a full size sandwich on the proper roll

Requested extra sugar and didn't receive any. Food very bland almost off-putting. Bacon was also undercooked.
