As a frequent food deliveree, I have a wealth of experience in underwhelming delivery burgers.  Matt's Smash Burger is not among them. 

*Delivered* medium (a feat in and off itself) exceptionally well seasoned, and well balanced, this is truly a product to be proud of.

I usually love this salad but today I was dissapointed. Instead of fresh sliced avocado there was a slab  a guacamole. The shrimp wasn't as fresh as ive  had in the past and there was too much pepper. For a $30 salad I expect it to be perfet.

The Blue Ridge Drunken Fried Chicken did not come with mac&cheese as noted in the description. Mashed potatoes were sent instead. The mushroom sandwich comes a la carte and while it tastes good, it seems pretty over priced for one mushroom on a roll with tomato and lettuce (and no sides). The "jumbo" Jumbo Chocolate Chip Pecan Cookie isn't exactly jumbo in our opinion. We've dined at blue ridge a few times and this was the first time we did delivery. It's just too expensive for what you receive, especially when doing delivery.

Order apparently wasn't received at the kitchen, even though I put it through Doordash and was charged.  I had to call it in after.  Also, the size of the "entree" Butternut Tortellini was ridiculous for the price.  Barely the size of an appetizer.  While everything tasted delicious, it was way over priced.  This, compounded with the witch waitress I had to deal with last time, will probably lead me to never go back here.  BRK, you really shouldn't have that middle-aged, short, dirty blond/brown haired woman working there.  She was also awful to my parents when they went there on a separate occasion.

The smash burger was way to rare and bun was soaking with juice   
It was packed in a tiny box not good at all for to go food
