Blue spoon is how all businesses should strive to run. If they're out of something, they contact you about a possible substitute or write a nice message and give something like an extra chocolate chip cookie instead (some of the best btw). The food is always high quality - especially the breakfast sandwich on a croissant. Whether ordering delivery or going in person, it's always high quality customer service and food. They're one of our go to places to order from.

One of the best egg sandwiches in NYC! Every sandwich I've had here, in fact, has been great, with the house-roasted chicken, pesto, red pepper panini being particularly delicious. The ingredients are high-quality and fresh. The chocolate chip cookies are killer, too. Love this place.
