Potato- perfect, Beef - absolutely perfect, carrots - soft and yummy. The best  Beef Guinness Casserole I've had in such a long time and so filling I needed to eat it in two sittings. Excellent job Blue Spoon. I definitely enjoyed and recommend 👌

If you like your Beef Lasagne  to be very meaty, then this is for you. Don't expect bechamel sauce. There wasn't any. But overall, it was good.
