We started our aim in 2012 to create gourmet donuts with fresh herbs, spices, fruits, and liquors in novel combinations, unlike anything a doughnut had ever tasted before.

They were all super delicious! My kids loved Lemon Curd. Creme Brûlée was crusty outside, infused with flavorful pear (brandy) and pleasant scent of lavender in its vanilla custard.
I love their brioche donuts. They are always fluffy and delicate. Their fillings are never too sweet but just right. Definitely fulfill my donuts cravings the best way I can imagine every time!

I can honestly say that those are the best donuts I ever had in my life. Im new here t Portland . Comin from the east coast the Lemon & Lime Curd were spectacular and the pina colada old fashion (Assorted 4-pack Donuts) where phenomenal as well Great job everyone I will definitely recommend and personally I will be back. Thank You

Amazing as always , highly reccomend the old fashion chocolate style ! The Mexican chocolate donut is amazing but be warned it has a spicy kick which I wish they made the same donut without out it . So many good choices , high quality for sure !

Blue Star donut is the superior donut shop in Portland. Yhe Strawberry Sakura Buttermilk is sooooo good 🤤. The slight crunch is fabulous, the taste is incredible, I wish it were a permanent flavor on the menu. I will be getting more of these before they are gone.. I couldn't even wait to take a bite before taking a photo. so so so good.
