Blue Wazabi is one of the best Japanese restaurants on DoorDash in our delivery area. The staff are amazing and always so kind and helpful. Food is fresh and portion sizes are generous. Their raw fish selection is top notch ranging from thebasics  to the Santa Barbara Uni.

This is my favorite sushi restaurant! The quality is great consistently and the food is always delicious and fresh! My favorite is their sashimi! what a treat! The customer service is wonderful as well! This restaurant is run by some wonderful, friendly and caring people! Our son is crazy about the baby octopus salad. Truly a special treat every time we order! And the portions are generous!

Blue Wasabi was my go-to sushi spot on DoorDash—and I truly loved it.

Their Salmon Don was always fresh and delicious, and the flying fish roe (one of my absolute favorites) was both tasty and very reasonably priced compared to other sushi places in the area. I also appreciated how generous they were with their portions. I was such a loyal customer that I’d order from them two to three times a week—sometimes even twice in one day!

Unfortunately, I recently ran into an issue. When I tried to reorder my usual items, I received an error message saying some things were unavailable. I waited a few days and tried again, but the problem persisted. It turns out the ordering platform changed, and I can no longer leave special instructions or find options to request no ginger or no wasabi. This is a serious issue for me, as I have a severe allergy to both. I only ever asked them to be careful when handling my food because of this—and now I can’t communicate that at all.

It breaks my heart, but I can no longer safely order from Blue Wasabi, and that’s a big loss for me. It truly was my favorite place to order from, and I hope they consider bringing back customization options for those of us with allergies or dietary restrictions.

We are visiting family & was craving some good sushi! I found this place on DoorDash to be delivered to our hotel as we are both working. This place was some of the most amazing sushi I've had here in the US. My other half has never had a roll wrapped in cucumber vice rice. He absolutely loved it! (Spicy tuna wrap roll) Of course it was one of the best I've ever had! I recommend trying it even if you've never had that type it tastes very fresh! The Beauty & the Beast roll was beyond excellent! Everything was great & I was hoping I could just bring this place back to the West Coast with me! If you haven't ever been to Blue Wazabi you are missing out so I suggest you join us happy customers! This place gets 10 thumbs up!
