The Calzone--custom built (with pepperoni, sausage, freshly shredded basil, roasted garlic and thickly chopped & fragrant fresh tomato sauce), the huge Meatball Sandwich, the luscious colorful Veggie Salad with delicious, curly, multicolored greens from locally-sourced Humble Heart Farms--carefully shredded creamy provolone--not to mention the always-scrumptious Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake and Lemon Berry Marscapone cake. We love Bluebird Pizza's menu.the meatball sandwich has marvelous chewy bread, great sauce and tender/tasty meatballs. Reuben sandwiches are fantastic--the best! AND--the cakes are perfect. The Arcadia salad is so beautiful and jam-packed with many varieties of green, leafy veggies, small, thinly sliced peppers, purple onions and cherry tomatoes. The fresh mozzarella and tomato salad is lovely. They care about everything they make SO much and it shows. Thanks, BB!

Alright. Pay attention. This is important. They put the pizza sauce ON the calzone (as one should). Plus it was not greasy (looking at you Hut) or covering up a lack of flavorful ingredients with garlic (you're not getting out of this Dom). It arrived super quick, was perfectly cooked, and was absolutely delicious. I'm definitely eating here again when I visit Roseburg, OR.

ALWAYS 5 STARS---I've always ordered other than pizza--Reubens, calzones, meatball sandwiches, Arcadian salad(!!!) Desserts?!!!!!EVERYTHING is great. The owners are very sweet. Pizza and p'shgetti next. Hope the crust is as extraordinary!
