• 4/22/23Loved the fried fish, cooked well but not so hard that you couldn't taste the fish. Grilled shrimp with garlic butter was great. Only problem I had was the jalapeños in the hush puppies. Otherwise was a great meal.

• 7/24/25Wow, the eggs are so soft and scrumptious in both the young Young at Heart Plate and Bluebonnet Breakfast Plate plates! The portion sizes are great value for what you pay. I probably could have gotten one plate for my two young boys, but hey, leftovers! Everything was hot and fresh, too. We'll definitely be ordering again!

• 7/16/22The deep fried pickles were a bit disappointing. They weren't spears but small slices and there were only about 6 of them so seems a bit overpriced at $8. However the BBQ Mac and Cheese was very good. Order was made and delivered fast.

• 10/15/22The catfish tasted like it was fried in old grease. The loaded mashed potatoes had way too many green onions which ruined the flavor of the cheese & bacon . The hush puppies were not cooked properly with raw dough inside and where so spicy I immediately spit it out. Gumbo was gross as well. This place is not worth your money.

• 5/29/24Got the monster bowl. It was decent. Barely any eggs. The reason for the rating though, is the biscuits & gravy. Biscuits were stale. Not fresh. The gravy is not homemade. I make gravy all the time and this is packaged. Unless you're a fast food restaurant, you should be making fresh gravy and fresh food. Not good, at all.
