I had the sausage gravy and biscuits. The gravy had maybe 1 spoonful in the lil cup and the biscuits were rock hard. No lie. I couldn't even soften up a piece of biscuit in the tablespoon of gravy!!! Do better Bob, do better!!!

Didnt get half my order, (again). Eggs were overcooked and the lettuce on my blt was rotten, not just brown, but rotten. The pancakes were good in one order but undercooked for the other meal. We eat Bob Evans alot and tonight was disappointing for sure.

The chicken on the salad was burnt. It was so crunchy. I couldn't even eat it. It hurt to try and crunch.

Didn't include any salt or pepper which should've been automatic. Eggs did not taste freshly cracked I'm pretty sure it was egg substitute which isn't what I wanted. They taste like ihop now
