The boba itself is delicious, and I've been ordering delivery for boba guys for a pretty long while. I don't have reusable straws so I request the biodegradable ones, however they often forget to put them with my boba order. Also, they usually put a lot of ice in the drinks. -2 stars for those two things, but I still enjoy their boba and will continue to order. I recommend the new oolong drink or the black sugar hojicha.

These two drinks have no tea taste at all. Very inconsistent. Last time I ordered in store, it was delicious.
