Insane how burnt my Ribeye came when I ordered medium well. Creamed Spinach was delicious. Southwestern Baked Potato was not cooked all the way and taste of the toppings was off.

I am so sad to say this I would've never dared return it but as I think about it, I was expecting my steak to be cooked medium. It came rare and I could not eat it. I am not a complainer. I've never registered a complaint. I just think they should know the baked potato side was delicious. I appreciate their dinner combo. I appreciate the quality of meat, but it was raw so they need to check their temperature of their steaks before they send them out to the world. Having said all of that I do thank you.

I love ordering from thi rest but, my last order was a little burnt on the outside but full raw on the inside. I ordered medium rear Ribeye steak and you could see all the slimy membranes in the meat. Im not sure if it was because after my second or and I saved $15 they decided just send me any.

This is the most disgusitng steak I've ever eaten. It's mostly fat. It has a flavor that makes me think it was barely cooked, yet it also is overdone. (How? I'm not sure! Bad meat?) I ordered it medium rare, but it is cooked well beyond medium, and has a "medium" stake stuck through it. It's also ice cold, which may or may not be the fault of the restaurant. This is the second time I've tried this place -- and I won't be back. I recommend you not try it, either.
