Steak was a big portion and cooked perfect......potato's were amazing huge salad

Overall the taste of the dishes I’ve gotten have been quite good, but the steak was ordered and came well done. The edges were like leather. The salmon was a great flavor with sauce that’s used. I’ve ordered this twice and each time it’s massively overcooked . The middle overdone, but very dried out and the edges were just about inedible. My guess far to high of heat was used for too long.

This was an expensive steak and the temp was supposed to be med rare it is med well...the salad looks good and I havnt gotten to the potato, but I am disappointed
