Ordered well done, got a rare and bland ribeye instead. It's happened more than once, gave them another shot and they missed the mark again. Very disappointed, especially given the price point. Longhorn is hands down a better option. Will not order from them again.

I ordered my Filet Mignon to be cooked to medium rare. Instead I got a Luke warm steak, cooked to well done. Flavor was v average, and the steak sauce was pretty gross.

The steak was dry and not very flavorful.
The potatoes and the Spinach were excellent.
