*In reference to my previous review regarding the steak sandwich.
Bobbie's have been wonderful!
After my review I was contacted promptly with sincere apologies and genuine customer service.
The representative was very polite and extremely apologetic, she was grateful for the review in part, stating that ' if they don't get feedback they can't address any issues. '
They went above and beyond to not only compensate with a complimentary meal(hand delivered) that was absolutely perfect,
They also detailed their actions to ensure this does not happen again... they immediately contacted their meat suppliers at the time and removed the steak from the take away menu due to it not being of the quality they expected.
I am very impressed with the managing of the situation.
I urge anyone wanting a far better, home style burger that is huge!!! ( not like the plastic chain places)
Give Bobby's burgers a go. Definitely worth it.
We are ordering again tonight!

I've ordered from Bobby's multiple times and it's been super yummy. However the last meal I ordered was the chicken and beetroot salad, when I opened it to dig in I discovered there was absolutely no chicken in it. Pretty disappointing considering I've now paid $33 for a salad with no protein in it...

Wishi could give zero stars.
The steak sandwich was inedible.
The steak was so tough it pulled out of the bread first bite and couldn't even be cut to eat.
Worst steak ever! It was like an old boot!

Not as advertised at all.
And the price is exorbitant for the terribly poor quality.
I could buy 4 steaks and the rest to cook at home with better quality and money to spare.
Yes you cooked and assembled it but the meat quality was a complete lie.
Extremely disappointed.
