Everything is delicious and fresh. Love the iced matcha. The sandwiches/salads are great and the portions are generous.

Normally, I love picking up breakfast from this location. I ordered the number one. Which is my go-to order. I'm assuming they ran out of the normal croissant. As they put the sandwich on a tiny burger bun. maybe they were also running out of other ingredients. There was at most one tablespoon of guacamole, and they put one slice of bacon on it. for the price of over $13, today's sandwich was extremely sad. Some days, it is perfect and made to specifications. And some days, they are inconsistent and at most provide half portions for full cost

I placed my order and then called and spoke with a woman to make sure they made my eggs medium well. Eggs arrived 100% runny. I could not eat the sandwich. I ordered hot oats and received cold oats. Tried to call to speak with a manager countless times and no answer. It's clear calls are being ignored. I have been a long time customer and the quality of the food has definitely been deteriorating progressively. When you spend $50 on two egg sandwiches and two bowls, the least an establishment can do is cook the eggs to order.

NEW FAVORITE SPOT!! Tuna melt so good I ordered a 3 days in a row. They put a honey glaze over the fries and it's absolutely amazing. Tuna is super fresh, and was a great portion!!

The quesadilla didn't have enough cheese so the food inside kept falling out. The previous time I ordered this it was a normal portion. This time it had a lot less inside.
Also, I requested utensils and did t get them or napkins.
