I ordered the Tri-tip Sandwich and it was not included in my order. I checked my receipt and it did not charge me for that entree and marked it as out of stock. Called the store, they said it's not on my receipt and they don't offer that entree anymore. My issue, I waited about an hour for 3 entrees and only received 2. I asked why the store confirmed my order and also failed to notify me of the discrepancy, I was told because they don't see on their end that I ordered an item they don't offer. Ignoring this, honest review of the other two items, my wife and son didn't like the Caesar Wrap or The Philly.
