I am a picky bagel person and these are some of the more authentic East Coast bagels I've had! Shiny and firm outside and soft chewy inside. Def not a piece of bread with a hole in the middle! The Everything bagel had a fantastic balance of the "everything" mix that included salt...many everything don't have salt. Can't wait to have again!

I've seen multiple discussions that mention these are one of if not THE MOST authentic NY style bagels in the East Bay. You must order a sandwich if you want a bagel with cream cheese. Don't be fooled by the size, they are substantial, and especially in sandwich form, very filling. My favorite sandwich combo right now is Pumpernickel Caraway Salt with Chive CC, but Plain with Plain cream cheese is so good. I could eat here every day.

So good! I've ordered twice now. Everything and onion are amazing. Solid cream cheese ratio. I made an onion bagel at work today, and I got a few comments and a phone call asking what I made and where I got it from. Honestly, it was worth slicing my thumb open. Cream cheese is also top notch. Classic chive cream cheese is my go to, but the horseradish cheddar chive is also good and makes for a great bacon wrapped jalapeño popper. Highly recommend.

I was at first sceptical about Boichik hype, but now I'm definitely a fan!! The taste is the next level of goodness! Egg salad with added onions on onion bagel toasted did it for me. Fresh and tasty. The only thing is that I wish I'd ordered two portions instead of one. The food was really good, and now I'm craving more!!
