• 9/7/25The potatoes are huge and have a nice array of toppings. I would have given 5 stars but the two I ordered were not fully cooked and were still kind of hard on the inside. I like a fluffy forkable potato and these just didn't meet that standard.

• 7/19/25the toppings for the ranch hand are great and fresh and the potato is massive. but the potato is a bit dry and should have been fluffed some before the toppings were put on. Having said that I would order again as it is better than lot of other options in the area.

• 3/22/26Potato had no flavor, nor did the chicken on it. Chicken and potato were very dry. Potato was not even mashed up inside the potato to allow ingredients to absorb into potato. Had to use a lot of ranch for flavor and to moisten every bite. Restaurant also forgot my drink.
