first time with a complaint for Bojangles...no ice in soda, hole in soda cup and it was down 1/4 on delivery and leaking all over, chicken pieces TINY, and pie greasy, not crispy.

I order from here often so I think today was just a fluke. Not the freshest batch. Food was lukewarm and overcooked . I got a 4pc Chicken Supremes Dinner. The biscuit was overly toasted. The tenders were overcooked and dry. The Bo rounds were lukewarm as well. I would order again because in the past, I've never had a problem.

Placed order AFTER speaking w/VERY nice, accommodating girl @ originating location. HOWEVER:
1) DID NOT RECEIVE 4 biscuits or ANY selected dipping sauces
(were included in meal ordered (@39.14)
2) Four (4) pieces of chicken were VERY SMALL/ 8 chicken tenders were old (obvsly NOT fresh)
3) Receipt (on bag) said "Total = 48.50" - not including $5 tip or 4.99 delivery fee
4) Order was NOT REVIEWED prior to DELIVERY >> (that would be DoorDash's responsibility)
>> BUT - c.card stmnt reads "TOTAL = $66.17"
OVERCHARGED & POOR QUALITY

Half the items ordered did not come like Cajun Filet Biscuit® Combo. Extra Cajun fillet biscuit I'm very disappointed This isn't the first time this store has messed my orders up even going through the drive thru.

missing the dirty rice and only had 10 pc chicken bu ordered 12 pc. utensils, spentrance 61.00 and tip, to have food missing
