Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
3 piece chicken was over cooked yet soggy. Fries were oily and soggy. Biscuit was over cooked ,no butter on top. Bo rounds were good. Not worth the $29 Spent.

Southern Gravy Biscuit was soggy even with express delivery. Gravy should come on the side if this is an issue. My large Pepsi was mostly ice and the chicken in my Cajun Chicken Filet Biscuit was overcooked and dry... but they got my order correct 👍

The food was as if they made it yesterday and just refried it. The french fries were not even edible the spicy chicken sandwich like I said I think they made it earlier and just put it back in the fryer. They did not put the boberry biscuit in the bag all around just a bad experience

The last two times Ive ordered the sausage gravy biscuit, it has been woefully skimpy on the gravy. I doubt I'll order it again.

Both biscuits came completely crumbled. Had to eat the chicken by itself as there was no way of keeping the crumbs on the chicken. Disappointed. Also the chicken was really small. Very unlike Bojangles so I'm not sure what happened.
