Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The biscuit was not fully cooked, it was doughy.
The fries were too salty, inedible.
The dough bites are biscuit dough, rolled into balls, cooked, then rolled in sugar. At least that was my impression. I will not order those again.
With that said, the leg and leg and thigh were good. The pintos were okay.

I like the food from Bojangles but they NEVER get the order correct. I ordered family size fries and Bo-Rounds but I received regular size instead. This happened the last two times. My sandwich was amazing! When you pay this much for food, you must get the order right!!

My Chicken Supremes® Combo was so tough, the Bo rounds weren't crispy at all and were drenched in oil. My Bo-Berry Biscuit® was hard as a brick.
With that said, I'm usually a huge fan of Bojangles but this experience was absolutely horrible. Probably won't be ordering from this location again for a while.

The gravy taste old and slimy so couldn't be ate and the steak biscuit is so hard it couldn't be ate.

They never get my order right. Missed a sandwich and a fry. Also didn't give me the right size fry when I paid for picnic size. I wish I didn't love bojangles so much because I would never order from there again
