Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Both chicken sandwiches were dry. The buns were very hard and dried out. French fries were heavily salted. Sodas were good at least.

The Cajun filet sandwich had a wet/slimy taste in the middle...almost under cooked. And the Pepsi tasted like it was diet. Totally disappointed with today's order .

Bo bites were sitting for a while and the fries were overly salty. Not the best I've had.

I ordered 3pc leg & 2 thighs with two sides. Was not allowed to pick my sides on site and no two sides came with it of any kind. I also orders fries and they were so saturated in salt that I could not eat them. Had to throw them away.

What was served was warm and tasty, but we didn't get our entire order. The 12pc Chicken Meal is supposed to include biscuits and a half gallon drink selection. No biscuits served, and three medium cups of tea filled with ice instead of the half gallon. Not near equivalent... Come on Harrisburg Bojangles! Do better. This store has consistently made incorrect orders for at least 5 years. If only I could select delivery from another store nearby, I'd choose the 601, 29, or Rocky River Bojangles. Management at this store needs a full reset! Never has an employee yelled at me through a drive-thru until this store (and the manager was the person who fussed at me, the customer)! Poor service, inconsistent orders. I might just file a complaint with the district manager. I've witnessed enough.
