5 Stars every single Time. I truly cant pin point the cause but The Sausage Egg & Cheese Biscuit is exact perfection. The sausage Southern Gravy Biscuit also perfect. The sweet tea is on point, not too sweet, Outstandingly Balanced with both the flavor of tea and sugar. Whatever you are doing Bojangles... Dont stop! :) I am so completely satisfied that I am ready to to invest in this franchise!

Porporations areinconsistent. LastI ordered the chicken fingers covered in the BBQ saucethere was hardly any sauce on then. I pay for a large fry and only get a small. We paid fora large hamburger meal and got a cheap burger that was sloppy andlooked like it had been thrown together. None of it was fresh.

The chicken was good, but need a more tender crust. They have changed something over the years. There are too many hard pieces in that crust. Also, they didn't give me biscuits! They said they were out. They did give a substitution, but I wanted the biscuits. If you see you are running out, make more! Other than that, I love the taste. The delivery person was quick and nice.

Southern Gravy Biscuit absolutely delicious, fresh, for a fast food place must say it's always clean in the lobaby and the food is good.only issue is there's not enough lol. I would definitely orderagain.
